At Rachel’s Elegant Boutique, we proudly offer stylish, affordable handbags priced between $35–$150. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

ALL HANDBAG SALES ARE FINAL

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

Eligible returns will receive STORE CREDIT ONLY in the form of a digital gift card.

By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.

"Store credit gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue."

  • "Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect."

Store Credit Eligibility

To qualify for store credit:

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Handbag must be unused and in its original condition

  • All tags, straps, stuffing, dust bags, and packaging must be included.

  • No signs of wear, scratches, odors, stains, or alterations

  • Item must be returned before store credit is issued.

Rachel’s Elegant Boutique reserves the right to deny store credit if the handbag does not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance handbags

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Live sale purchases

  • Holiday or limited collection releases

  • Items marked “Final Sale.”

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect handbag, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the handbag

  • Photos of packaging

  • Description of the issue

Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By placing an order with Rachel’s Elegant Boutique, you acknowledge and agree to our No Refund — Store Credit Only Policy.

Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

When an order is placed, we maintain documentation including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Billing and shipping details

  • IP address verification

  • Tracking confirmation

  • Carrier delivery confirmation

Initiating a chargeback after agreeing to our policy and receiving confirmed delivery may be considered abuse of the dispute process.

Rachel’s Elegant Boutique reserves the right to:

  • Dispute all chargebacks with supporting documentation

  • Recover associated dispute fees where applicable

  • Refuse future service to customers who file unjustified disputes
