Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout are considered fulfilled once marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • Rachel’s Elegant Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

  • "Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days."
  • "Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after shipment."
  • "We ship via USPS/UPS." 

We recommend shipping to secure addresses.

Signature Requirement for Higher-Value Orders

For added protection, orders totaling $75 or more may require a signature upon delivery.

If a customer declines signature confirmation or is unavailable to sign, Rachel’s Elegant Boutique is not responsible for delays, carrier returns, or failed delivery attempts.

Orders marked as “Delivered” with signature confirmation are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds or chargebacks.
